No work no pay; stranded, living alone

Such is the plight of this gentleman (Karl Vanetto) during the ECQ and this GCQ but thankfully, it was heard by some people and referred him to us. 

Finally this support from the donors of Honorable Councilor Phillian Weygan Allan delivered it for pick up at her office but I was not able to inform him hence I delivered it near his place on my way to the Department of Agriculture. 

The gesture of our donors not just fed the stomach but most especially the soul of lonely people almost losing hope amidst this pandemic. 

Tour Guides first hit by Pandemic

Tour Guides were hit first when the ECQ was declared. Hearing our plea, the Honorable Councilor responded by reserving RF packs to fellow tour guides. 

Here Mr. Mario Rosete also received the pack of another fellow tour guide, both who did not qualify to the SAP programs due to reason of living alone by the DSWD and the relief packs by the barangays. 

Hon Councilor Weygan Allan has searched and took recommendations of people who were displaced.
